Order and Delivery

To order

For most products that you see in our Web shop, the following applies:

Ordered on weekdays before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday shipped same day.

If a product is not in stock, we can inform you about the current delivery time.

All orders are delivered free of charge within the Benelux and Germany from Euro 49.95 and shipping costs of Euro 4.95 will be charged for orders under Euro 49.95.

For orders to other countries within the EU, shipping costs of Euro 9.95 will be charged.

For orders to other countries outside the EU, shipping costs of Euro 30.00 will be charged.

Customs fees

Any Local charges and import duties imposed by the government are for the account of the recipient. This applies to all countries outside and some European countries that are not members of the European Community (EU).

To deliver

As soon as all items of your order are picked up from UPS from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the track and trace number of your order. This allows you to track the order.

Collection in a UPS Acces point ™

Pick up at a UPS Access Point near you. When your package has arrived, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. Your order will remain available at your UPS pick-up point for 14 days. No arrival date is guaranteed for shipping. For this service you can enter the option when ordering.
