Exchange and Returns

You can exchange and return an item without any problems within 30 days after delivery. We would like to receive the items back with the original labels, cards and packaging. If the product is not returned in accordance with the guidelines, costs can be deducted.

The exchange of an item in a different color or a different model counts as a new order and cannot be arranged directly through contact with the customer service.

You can request a UPS electronic return label from us for the return shipment, which we will send to you by email. Here you can arrange a picked up by UPS or delivered to a UPS Access point.

After receipt and quality control of your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
